Addison Group is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for our client, an innovative and growing organization in the Cincinnati area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic marketing team, supporting branding, proposal development, and external communications in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist in developing marketing proposals, promotional materials, and content strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to enhance brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate marketing proposals tailored to client needs.
Create and edit promotional materials for internal and external use.
Collaborate with teams to maintain consistent branding across platforms.
Assist in graphic design, layout creation, and digital content production.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
Contribute to the company’s overall marketing and business development strategies.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or technical writing.
Must have experience with proposals.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) marketing is a plus.
Bonus: Experience in video editing or content creation.
