This position is a hybrid role, based onsite 3 days a week at our office in Minneapolis, MN.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include the following:

- Customer Focus:- Active solicitation of requirements

What You Bring On Day One (Required Qualifications)

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field

- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering manager, leading a team of 5 or more developers

- 3+ years of experience as a cloud software developer/cloud operations DevOps engineer

- 2+ years of experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code)

- Hands-on experience with managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Strong experience working with CI/CD tooling

- Experience working in a Corporate environment

- Strong organization skills (balancing team capacity with commitments)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proven success managing change in an organization

- Ability to build strong relationships with team members and cross-functionally

- Strong business acumen

Desired Skills

- Cloud software development experience, Java/Kotlin

- K8s orchestration

- Flexibility of kanban, scrum, waterfall

- Mix experience of startup and enterprise

Base compensation range for this position is $133,920 to $200,880. Actual base within this range will depend on many factors including experience, skills, technical expertise and market alignment. In addition, this role is eligible for a 20% annual target bonus based heavily on individual performance.
