I'm the CTO at RTA, and I'm seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our QA processes and team. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, working closely with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to maintain and elevate our software quality standards. Manages Risk. Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Has familiarity with Cypress (bonus points!) or similar testing frameworks, even if much of the work is manual.

Has extensive experience in software quality assurance, particularly within the SaaS industry.

Understands automated and manual testing. You can design, implement, and oversee both.

Analyzes and reports on quality metrics to drive improvements.

Leads and mentors a team of QA professionals , providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience with JIRA and Confluence, and/or other software test management tools.

Test Automation using Cypress gives extra bonus points!

Proficient with Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Minimum of 5 years in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a SaaS company.

Proficiency with QA tools, automated testing frameworks, and understanding of agile software development lifecycle methodologies.
