LifeWorks is seeking a Field Marketing Operations Specialist to drive on-the-ground marketing efforts across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a dynamic, confident, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate and culinary environment. You'll collaborate closely with operations, culinary teams, and senior leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance guest engagement and support business objectives. The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $80,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Lead on-the-ground marketing efforts for Sunnyvale, Crossman, and San Bruno locations (travel between sites required)
Work alongside operations and culinary teams to develop signage and marketing collateral in-line with brand requirements, to promote events and activities
Assist teams with product/retail/station merchandising and small wares
Support the field with one-off marketing needs
Bring programming and weekly/monthly marketing calendars to life
Develop weekly and monthly marketing reports to share with Walmart client
Partner with Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Leadership to support team’s drive toward meeting KPI’s to include monthly events and guest satisfaction scores
Run multiple social media accounts in brand accordance
Produce content (photo and video) for social media and other digital platforms
Ensure marketing initiatives and guest engagement programs follow protocol and approved procedures
Support special events and building/operations openings with on-site support
Protect the integrity of the client brand and proprietary information

Qualifications

Dynamic, confident personality needed
Must be independent, self-driver
Focused on small details
Comfort working with corporate clients and in office/corporate setting
Multi-tasker, ultra-organized, knows how to balance priorities
Experience running a business/retail social media account, content creation
Familiar with photography/video production
Experienced Canva user
Familiar working with chefs/in a culinary environment
