Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of industrial machinery, equipment and electrical systems. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, including but not limited to conveyors, motors, pumps, and production lines, to ensure optimal functionality.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic and pneumatic issues and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
Repair and Replacement: Conduct repairs and parts replacement as needed to restore equipment to operational status. This includes the ability to dismantle and reassemble machinery components.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring all maintenance activities are performed safely and in accordance with industry standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history, repairs made, and parts used. Generate reports as required.
Spare Parts Management: Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and equipment components to ensure availability for maintenance and repair needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with production and engineering teams to address maintenance requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support equipment upgrades.
Training: Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training or certification is a plus).
Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Familiarity with hand and power tools used in maintenance and repair work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Commitment to safety and the ability to adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
