What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Apply deep Catholic operational knowledge to inform product decisions and validate direction with parish and diocese stakeholders
• Build and maintain a credible product narrative for Catholic leaders, connecting product investments to Catholic priorities
• Collaborate across product domains, Engineering, and UX to ensure Catholic-specific needs are prioritized and delivered
• Champion a "Human-in-the-Loop" approach to AI, ensuring features align with data privacy standards and Catholic social teaching
• Advocate for the Catholic market by helping Sales and Marketing communicate product value to Catholic stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):

• In-depth knowledge of parish and diocese life, including the liturgical calendar and stewardship models
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management with end-to-end ownership
• Proven ability to influence outcomes across teams without direct authority
• Familiarity with AI capabilities in a ministry context and defining requirements for AI features
• Strong operational and technical understanding, including APIs and integrations
