Jan-Pro of Raleigh is one of the top Business Development Companies, engaged in developing janitorial franchises in Raleigh-Durham, Greenville and Fayetteville markets. Currently helping over 850 clients and over 250 Certified Business Owners. We are looking for a Accounting Specialist to join our team in Raleigh NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Office Manager to manage Customers and Vendors Administration, Billing, Collections, Vendor and Franchise Owners payment management system with QuickBooks and CRM systems.

Qualification & Education Requirements

A minimum 2 years of All accounting functions as stated above for a small to medium privately owned business.

High School Degree

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE WORK POSITION

Experience working independently

Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and EXCEL and Customer Relations Management systems

Excellent organizational, planning and leadership skills

Ability to develop creative ideas for process improvement using existing financial systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills

Ability to solve difficult and complex problems

Great interpersonal skills and pleasant outlook towards solving customers and vendor issues
