A well respected mid-sized Minneapolis law firm is adding another Litigation Paralegal to their team. This role requires 2+ years of commercial litigation experience. Position is largely in office in downtown Minneapolis to start. After establishing yourself as reliable, you will be able to work remotely 1-2 days/week. Position includes base salary + bonuses + excellent benefits.

salary: $68,000 - $85,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw to gather relevant case law and statutes.
Assist in the drafting of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are filed accurately and timely.
Prepare trial exhibits and assist attorneys during trial preparation.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and provide updates on case progress.
