Description

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Plano, TX(Hybrid) . The ideal candidate will have experience managing requirements from project inception to release and a strong background as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA).

Rate Range: $65/hour to $85/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

Managing requirements from project inception through to release
Creating user stories and managing the product backlog
Participating in Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
Developing prototypes and ensuring alignment with business needs
Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience in Agile methodologies.
Proven experience in managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to release.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements and prototypes.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $85.00 per hour
