Commission-Based Sales Representative (San Diego) – Cast At Sea Productions Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for connecting businesses with high-quality creative services? Cast At Sea Productions , a dynamic video production company based in San Diego, is looking for a commission-based Sales Representative to help us expand our client base.

About Us: At Cast At Sea Productions , we create cinematic, emotion-driven content for a diverse range of industries, including luxury brands, hospitality, real estate, television, and more . Our work spans commercials, brand videos, documentaries, corporate projects, and social media content . We’re passionate about telling stories that captivate audiences and elevate brands.

What You'll Do: Identify and reach out to potential clients in San Diego and beyond

Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses in key industries

Pitch our video production services effectively, highlighting the value we bring

Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals

What We’re Looking For: Proven sales experience, preferably in creative industries, marketing, or media

Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Based in San Diego with knowledge of the local business landscape

Compensation: This is a commission-only role with competitive commission rates :

15–20% commission on closed deals, depending on project size and complexity

15% for standard projects

20% for new, high-value clients or long-term contracts

The more you sell, the more you earn— no cap on commissions . As we grow, there’s potential for this role to evolve into a full-time position with a base salary and additional incentives.
