About the Job

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Quality Assurance Specialist II

Position type: Full-time/Contract

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Atlanta Georgia 30354

As a Quality Assurance Specialist II, you will:

HR ServiceNow is a case management/workflow application used by Client's HR organization.
Support the HR ServiceNow team in the quality assurance/testing and documentation aspect of project delivery, application upgrades, patches, and other duties as assigned,
Work with manager to create and maintain test scripts and create a repeatable and sustainable QA protocol/strategy
Must have experience with quality assurance and application testing protocol, including writing test scripts/user stories, leading test sessions, defect tracking and management, and creating associated metrics.
Schedule and lead testing sessions with HR ServiceNow team members related to projects, upgrades, and patches
Analyze defects and work with developers/specialists to identify root causes
Report and track defects to resolution; develop process to capture QA metrics
Ensure technical documentation is reviewed and updated to assist with the QA process
Collaborate with other HRSD team members, ITSM ServiceNow, and other IT and business areas to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
Ensures all processes comply with Client’s policies and procedures and applies best practice standards throughout product lifecycle.

An ideal candidate will have:

Experience in Creating and maintaining test scripts
Ability to apply concepts across multiple lines of business
Experience using a QA software system (preferably qTest).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $30.00 - $33.18 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
