Sales Bizlab is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Orlando office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

SalesBizLab We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a warm, welcoming personality that can create a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. As the Office Receptionist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities in the office.

Pay Range:

$19.50 - $31.00 hourly

Location: Orlando, FL

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary and providing accurate information to callers.
Manage the front desk area, maintaining a tidy and professional appearance at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring prompt distribution to respective departments.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating with various teams as needed.
Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office experience is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment like printers and copiers.
Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure.
