We are is looking for a Marketing Communications Assistant to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has strong written communication skills. As part of the marketing team, you will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.50 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities

Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product information sheets.
Help develop and maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external communications for clarity and consistency.
Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and events.
Help manage communications between the marketing team and other departments within the company.
Assist with the creation and distribution of press releases and other company announcements.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns.
Assist with preparing reports and presentations on marketing initiatives.
Organize and maintain marketing files and materials for easy access.

Requirements

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a marketing or communications role is a plus, but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
