Job Title: Manufacturing Assistant / Admin

Job Description

Aerotek is hiring now for Manufacturing Assistants in Jacksonville, FL. This position will be assisting the manufacturing supervisor for a large, industrial manufacturing facility. The Admin will be assisting with inventory, payroll processing, email, travel coordination, schedule/calendar coordination, and more. We are looking for a reliable, organized individual with strong computer skills.

Job Overview:

Job title: Manufacturing Assistant / Admin
Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm (overtime may be required)
Pay: $19-$21 (based on skills/experience)
Location: Jacksonville, FL (northside)
Manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled)
Assist with inventory control and tracking through ERP system.
Manage emails, calendar, and coordination for manufacturing supervisor.
Work on and off the manufacturing floor assisting in various areas as needed.
Processing reports, completing paperwork, and filing production documents.
Assist collecting employee hours and submitting payroll.

Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative experience in either a warehouse or manufacturing setting (preferred).
Experience using Outlook, Microsoft Applications, and Excel.
Experience using WMS or other Inventory Software is preferred.
Ability to working in non-climate controlled environments.
Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
