Job Description

Job DescriptionAbout the Position: We are a fast-growing and dynamic company operating across multiple business sectors, including real estate and property management. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations of our business activities. This is a confidential position, and company details will be provided upon application.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage financial accounting and reporting for various business operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
Develop and monitor budgets, providing detailed financial projections and analysis.
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
