Job Description

Process Financial Transactions - Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Customer Assistance - Provide exceptional service by assisting clients with account inquiries and banking needs in both Mandarin and English.
Fraud Prevention & Compliance - Follow banking regulations, verify customer identities, and ensure transactions meet compliance standards.
Cash Handling & Balancing - Manage cash drawers, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Promote Banking Products - Inform customers about financial products and services to enhance their banking experience.

The Successful Applicant

Fluency in Mandarin and English - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages to assist a diverse client base.
Work Authorization - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
On-Site Availability - Ability to work on-site in Midtown NYC, 5 days per week.
Banking/Financial Services Experience - At least 3 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
Customer Service & Cash Handling - Proven experience providing exceptional service and managing financial transactions accurately.
